My Story
Born in New York City, I relocated with my family to the Albany area in Upstate, New York just prior to high school. After high school, I attended the University at Albany, where i obtained my bachelor's and two masters including my MSW.
I am from a long line of helping professionals including coaches, nurses, educators and advocates. It is in my blood! My career started with working with underserved youth, which I did for twelve years. This provided the understanding that if you care, provide support and are willing to learn, you can support others through the tough stuff. Since then, I have spent my career supporting others in attaining their life, education and career goals. The biggest lesson learned, is it is very easy for our environment, circumstances and patterns to get in our own way. Sometimes we need a little help. As a cycle breaker, I have developed a passion for helping people to connect the dots, while serving as a beacon of light. This is the reason I was born and I look forward to working with you!
My Approach
The culmination of my experiences have made me a great listener and problem solver. I am also quite intuitive and empathic. This is what makes me an ideal coach. It's my job to support you in making decisions, designing a plan of action, solving problems, and reaching your goals!
This is done confidentially at your pace. This works because you have support and someone who believes in you. This will bring out your best. There is no goal or challenge that is off limits. I am knowledgeable, committed and will be focused on you.
